New Combination Lock Installed for Access Gate - Residents Not Informed

Residents not informed of new combo lock or given combination to open

UPDATE: This blog has prompted management to... Do their job. This post was published on March 11, 2014 at 7:31 AM. Upon returning home today, there was a flyer at my door as well as most others on property. It gave the info for the new lock and gave the combination as well. Perhaps if this blog continues to raise the awareness of issues often ignored by management, then maybe residents can finally not have to be concerned with the headaches brought on by management.

In the front of the property there is an access gate for residents to use that makes it easier to get to the mailboxes that are located just a few feet away.

Tenant Files Law Suit

I will be giving written notice that I am terminating my lease without liability according to Texas Property Code Section 92.056. http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/txstatutes/PR/8/92/B/92.056

I am planning to vacate very soon as I expect management to file an eviction case against me if they have not already.

I filed a law suit this week against Landmark at Rosewood LP for the main purpose of asking the court to terminate the lease and waive future liability... Exactly what I had asked management for but was denied. The suit goes into detail with much more than broken water pipes however. The suit brings to light other repairs that were mishandled as well as deceptive business practices by management and documentation of lies told to avoid accountability.
If management would like to avoid all of the documentation becoming public record and simply terminate my lease and waive liability... They have until I vacate. After that, this will go the distance and be decided on the 28th of March.
